Heat Protection

Our protective covers for robots used in areas such as forge, foundry and climatic chambers have been designed for an application in a high temperature environment. The heat resistance of our protective covers ranges from 450°C/ 842 F to 1200°C/ 2192 F.

TG 18 heat resistant up to 450 °C/ 842 F in direct contact

All protective suits are available with optional fan to cool the engines.

Our Process

Development of Robot Protection

All development processes of the protective systems for industrial robots and technical ranges are accomplished by high-skilled technicians at our head quarter. Throughout the whole developmental period we are in close contact with our customers to consider their requirements and to conduct change requests.

Protective Cover Design

After the development the technical information for our protective covers will be handed over to our design team. That is where suitable prototypes are made that have to run a variety of tests and quality tests before they go into production. Even in this period our design team is in close contact with the customer to be able to make modifications.

Protective Cover Manufacturing

The technical execution takes places in our manufacturing division. Our qualified and specialized production team is regularly factory-trained to continuously improve their skills. The whole production process is monitored to meet our customer’s quality requirements.

Assembly the Protective Cover

The assembly of the protective covers can be optionally executed by our service technicians so that the system can be tested during option. Our technical staff will give you detailed instructions about the application. Apart from an assembly executed by us each delivery comes with a detailed technical documentation.
